We will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders received before 2 PM CST will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close of business Friday.
International Shipments
Knife Specialists is NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes associated with any International Order. All charges relating to shipping, duties, taxes, permits, customs and broker fees are the sole responsibility of you.
Shipping Carriers
Knife Specialists freight carriers are UPS, USPS. Any order placed will ship UPS Ground unless specified at the time of ordering. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface). UPS will provide international shipping methods.
Correct Information
Knife Specialists does everything possible to keep all items in stock, but a backorder situation may occur. If this should happen, we will inform you of any backordered items, usually within 24 hours of your placing the order. We will also inform you of the estimated date that the item is expected to be in stock so you can make an informed ordering decision.
Returns
All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee.
Prior to sending any merchandise back, you must first contact Knife Specialists to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization).
